We Create Peace Work Solutions (WCP) has been providing career assessment, job placement, and job coaching services since 2013. Since 2016, WCP has been providing Long Term Supports (LTS) for customers throughout Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington counties. The LTS division of WCP provides two main services: job coaching and discovery.
