Dr. Kurt Risley

Owner

Dr. Risley brings over twenty years of experience involving mediation, counseling and coaching others with life’s challenges and difficulties.  He provides wisdom and guidance to assist business organizations, management and staff in conflict to make difficult decisions and resolve their differences in a peaceful manner.

Dr. Risley has taught in both college and post-graduate environments.  He has also spoken around the country and internationally on leadership development, community programs and conflict resolution.  He and his wife, Julie, reside in Portland, Oregon.

Dr. Risley and WCP Work Solutions are here to guide you through difficult personal and business challenges in life.  They can help create or restore peaceful relationships within your workplace or family.


Eric Kinnison

Long-Term Services Director 

Eric Kinnison

Eric Kinnison grew up in Northwest Portland, Oregon.  In 2006, Eric started his own business providing professional exterior cleaning for residential and commercial businesses all over the Portland/Metro area.  After six years of providing outstanding customer service I sold my shares of the company.  In 2013, Eric and his family moved to Cary, North Carolina to help with the planting of a church.  In 2015, Eric returned to Portland to become part of Genesis Human Resources that is now WCP Work Solutions.  Currently, Eric is working as the Long Term Supports Coordinator helping people experiencing disabilities create and sustain long term career growth.  Eric recently completed a MA in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.  Eric has been married to his wife, Michelle, ten wonderful years and have four amazing kids, Josiah, Maile, Savannah, and Ruthie.


Matt Field 

Vocational Rehabilitation Services Director

After working for fifteen years in both Retail and Business to Business Sales, Matt Field recently received his BA from Warner Pacific College in Human Development.  Matt’s extensive sales experience and education focus prove to be a perfect fit for his current position helping people with disabilities find employment.

Matt and his wife, Carly, enjoy spending time homesteading on their urban farm.  With the help of their children, Josie, Melody, and Ethan, they raise chickens and ducks and spend a lot of time in their vegetable garden.  They also enjoy cooking and spending time with friends.
 

Gina Hasselbring

Employment Specialist  

Gina has over 20 years of experience in the corporate and non-profit world. Her light shines with any chance to help others. Gina thrives on guiding her clients into sustainable, supportive work environments by creating aligned, positive relationships with employers and co-workers. Gina prides herself on being a personable professional whose strengths include cultural sensitivity and an ability to build rapport with a diverse workforce in multicultural settings. Gina received a BA in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University. She loves the outdoors, music, animals, yoga and meditation. 


Aubrey Jackson

Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Aubrey Jackson was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma.  She attended college at Oklahoma Christian University before transferring to Warner Pacific College in Portland where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree.  Aubrey has been with We Create Peace Work Solutions since 2015 working as the Office Manager and Bookkeeper.


Kimberly Villanueva

Attorney

Kimberly Villanueva received her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Abilene Christian University and her law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School.  She is a member of the Oregon State Bar. Kimberly serves as legal counsel for Genesis Human Resources and trains managers in employment law.  Kimberly lives with her husband, Rick, and their two daughters in Beaverton, Oregon.  She enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
