At We Create Peace Work Solutions (WCP), we partner with ODDS to offer employment solutions for those who experience disabilities. We strive to assess our clients’ skills and abilities on a one-to-one basis to find a compatible, competitive job. We are here to build long term relationships with employers and businesses in our local communities. Our job developers and job coaches work closely with both clients and employers helping to ensure successful employment outcomes. WCP is putting Oregon citizens back to work and giving representation to those who need a friend and someone on their side.
